These light yet resistant "Nan Dao" are a great economical choice for any Chinese martial arts practitioner and perfect for weapon drills/contact with another weapon.Although slightly lighter than their metal counterparts, they are nonetheless able to be flipped and as such are a inexpensive training tool.
